Privacy Policy
This page explains how Stamp may collect, use, store, and share information when you use the app or website.
Last updated: April 2, 2026
Information we collect
Stamp may collect information you provide directly, such as account details, support requests, collection names, and any content you choose to store or sync through the app.
The app may also process technical information needed to operate the service, including device identifiers, app version, diagnostics, crash data, subscription status, and analytics events related to feature usage or onboarding flows.
Collection content and images
Stamp is built for collecting visual items. When you photograph, import, crop, or organize stamps, that content may be stored locally on your device and, if you enable account or premium sync features, may also be transmitted to and stored by the services we use to support backup and synchronization.
You remain responsible for the content you choose to upload or store through Stamp, including confirming that you have the right to use that content.
How we use information
We use information to operate the app, maintain your library, provide sync and account features, process subscriptions, improve reliability, understand product usage, prevent abuse, and respond to support requests.
We may also use aggregated or de-identified information to understand overall product performance and make design or product decisions.
Third-party services
Stamp may rely on third-party providers for analytics, crash reporting, authentication, subscriptions, notifications, attribution, and cloud infrastructure. Those providers may process limited information as needed to perform their services on our behalf.
Your use of the app may therefore also be subject to the privacy practices of the platforms and vendors involved in app distribution, sign-in, billing, and infrastructure.
Data retention
We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Content stored only on your device remains under your control unless you choose to back it up or sync it.
If you request account deletion, we will take reasonable steps to delete or anonymize personal information associated with your account, subject to legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, or operational requirements.
Your choices
Depending on how you use Stamp, you may be able to access, update, or delete certain information directly in the app or by contacting support. You can also control some device permissions, such as camera or photo library access, through your operating system settings.
If you no longer want analytics or similar processing, you may also be able to limit that through platform settings or by discontinuing use of the service.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, but no method of storage or transmission is completely secure. You should keep your device, backups, and account credentials secure as well.
Contact
If you have questions about this Privacy Policy or your data, contact the Stamp team through the support channel provided with the app or website.
