Terms of Use
These terms govern your access to and use of the Stamp app, website, and related services.
Last updated: April 2, 2026
Using Stamp
By accessing or using Stamp, you agree to use the app and website in compliance with applicable law and these Terms of Use.
You may use Stamp only for lawful purposes and only in ways that do not interfere with the service, its infrastructure, or other users.
Accounts and access
Some features may require an account, sign-in method, or active subscription. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity that occurs under your account.
We may suspend or limit access if we believe an account is being misused, used fraudulently, or used in a way that threatens the service or other users.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid features, including sync or premium access, may be offered through third-party billing platforms such as the Apple App Store or Google Play. Pricing, renewal, cancellation, refunds, and billing management are generally handled through the platform used for purchase.
If you purchase a subscription, you agree to the applicable billing terms presented at checkout. We do not control third-party store policies and are not responsible for their billing behavior.
Your content
You retain ownership of the photos, imported images, collection names, and other content you create or upload through Stamp. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, back up, display, and transmit that content solely to operate and improve the service.
You must not upload content that is unlawful, infringing, abusive, or that you do not have the right to use.
Service availability
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of Stamp at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, permanent feature continuity, or that the service will always be error-free.
Features may change over time, including limits, storage behavior, integrations, or subscription offerings.
Intellectual property
The Stamp app, website, branding, design system, and related materials are owned by their respective rights holders and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the service.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Stamp is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement except where such disclaimers are not allowed.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business interruption arising from your use of Stamp.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of Stamp after updated terms take effect means you accept the revised terms.
